Find Mail Merge in Dynamics CRM 2013

Today am going to show you to mail merge in dynamics CRM 2013. As this is already available in dynamics CRM 2011, which was a great and extensive function from the previous version of dynamics CRM.

So let start for diving in to the new look and feel of dynamics CRM 2013 to find mail merge templates.

Very first click on the following button available at very top to find other options.

Now the available application areas of dynamics CRM. As we are going to dive into the mail merge in dynamics CRM 2013. So find the setting button from the available apps and left click on “SETTINGS”

After clicking at the settings, the area of settings is now visible at the top ribbon. So again click on the arrow down button and find the “TEMPLATES” option. As I’ve done in the following ways.

 

Now our goal is on our sight to watch and work.

After clicking on it you will be direct to the following area. There you can create new template, update and delete a template and also perform some other extensive actions.
